Why Did This Happen?
Orders can be returned to sender for a few common reasons:
- the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
- the carrier couldn't deliver after multiple attemps
- the package was refused or unclaimed
- the order sat too long at a pickup location and was automatically returned
