What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged or Moldy
We take product quality seriously — and your box should arrive looking and tasting great. If you’ve received a product that appears damaged or moldy , or otherwise nott up to standard, here’s what to do:
Step 1: Take Photos
Please take clear photos of:
- the product
- the packaging (if any tears or damage)
- any visible mold, leakage or damage
Step 2: Contact Us
- Your order number
- A brief description
- Your photos
